We decorated Easter eggs on the light table with a few simple materials! My preschooler loved the invitation to create!

I cut the egg shapes from transparent binder dividers. I set out dry erase crayons, transparent counter chips, and a few different kinds of transparent links.
She was most interested in the dry erase crayons! I do have to say they make the perfect addition to light table play because they are easily cleaned from the light table surface and the transparencies!
As you can see this egg is for her beloved stuffed animal Cowie. She later made one for me and asked me to write one for her. She just loves to write!
She asked to keep decorating and redecorating the eggs but we use the light table as a wind down activity before bed. Since it was creeping close to bed time I promised her we'd get the materials back out again before Easter!
