Do you think you can encourage your kids to practice letter formation with this invitation to play with trains? Our train obsessed toddler loved this hands on learning activity!

The book for this month's Virtual Book Club for Kids is The Little Engine That Could. This classic story is just one of many train favorites in our home. I used the Macon Tracks font to spell the sight word can from the story. Our preschooler loved setting our train counters on the tracks and I loved that he was practicing letter formation!
I also made a larger version so he could use his favorite Thomas trains on the bigger letters. I would love to make a whole alphabet set with this font but it does bother me that some letters are uppercase and some are lowercase. If you have an alternative train track font please leave me a comment below!
