We've been learning about forest animals. We love to use this simple folded fact sheet as a graphic organizer to share what we've studied.

To create this foldable fact sheet, you fold a piece of paper lengthwise and then again the other direction. Fold the internal corner in as a triangle.
When you open the graphic organizer, you will have four sections with a diamond shaped space for the topic in the middle. Our daughter wrote Forest Animals as her title.
I asked her to list a forest animal in each section. She drew the animal then wrote one fact about each.
This graphic organizer is a great way to summarize learning after a unit of study. It demonstrates all she has learned about so many species.
